Tax Information


Under the 1986 Tax reform Bill, travel expenses and other costs of attending a convention or seminar for professional, trade or business purposes will remain tax deductible. This provision includes deductibility for attendance at CME congresses. See Article 142, sec (b) and (2) of Tax Reform Act 1986. In addition, we suggest that you contact your tax advisor.

Responsibility Clause


Radiology International, Inc. and Globe Travel Service and their agents, in accepting bookings for this conference clearly stipulate that they are not liable for the faults or defaults of other companies and persons that may be used in the carrying out conference services; for accidents, baggage losses, delays, or cancellations; strikes, political unrest, riots and acts of God and war; and change in airline schedules in the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort and well-being of passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions or events during the time the passengers are not on board. The passage contract in use by the airline companies concerned constitutes the sole contract between the company and purchaser of this conference package and/or passengers. The issuance and acceptance of receipt tickets along with making the initial deposit shall be deemed consent and acceptance of foregoing terms and conditions.
