COMPANY HISTORY: 1979 - PRESENT

It was 1979 when Dr. Beatty Crawford organized his first international radiology congress. This was held in his home country of Ireland and sponsored by the University of Connecticut. It was a huge success and Beatty became bitten with the bug and hasn't stopped organizing congresses since.

In 1992 he and Betsy Birchenough, who had worked with Beatty for many years, decided to form their own company and so “Radiology International, Inc.” was founded. Betsy retired in 1998 and, Beatty’s wife who is from Germany and who spent many years in hotel management, became the President.
